What You'll Do... As a Pest Control Technician, you will make a direct impact on your community by resolving pest issues through honest, positive, and exceptional service. In this role, you will travel to residential and commercial sites, assess pest concerns, and implement specialized treatment plans. Beyond just treating issues, you will build long-term client relationships by recommending proactive, corrective actions to prevent future problems.

 

Work Schedule Description

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

 

Who You Are... Pest control brings in talent from diverse backgrounds, including military veterans, logistics, and service-based industries. Our new Pest Control Technician will be a self-managing, motivated, and dedicated professional with excellent customer care. Also must have...

 

  • The ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders to service out of the way areas, and position yourself to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces

  • The ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

  • The ability to work indoors and outdoors in all seasonal weather conditions

  • Basic math skills to measure and mix product applications accurately

  • The ability to operate a variety of hand tools and equipment safely

  • The ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes an OSHA compliant respirator in some cases

  • Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.

  • Held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

  • The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English

  • Good oral and written communication

  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm

  • High school degree or equivalent
